To start the Academic Year 2023-2024 right, Saint Columban College employees attended a 2-day Direction Setting headed by Fr. Remasog, School President, on August 22-23, 2024, at the SCC Youth Development Center, Pagadian City. The Holy Eucharistic Celebration culminated on the second day with Fr. Nestor Remasog, STL., PhD, as the presider.
The Direction Setting commenced the activity where the president revealed his seven agenda for all employees to observe. After the president’s time, Sr. Ma. Cecilia Perlas presented the SCC Identity, while Dr. Maryjane Omandam discussed the practices and traditions for all employees to be aware of their role as members of the SCC family. Dr. Mario Alayon and the department deans discussed the academic concerns. The open forum capped the day’s activity, where the top management addressed the concerns and questions of the employees.
The unit heads presented a short presentation of the services they offer in their respective offices for the whole morning of the second day. In the afternoon, the Ranking and Tenure Committee presented the new salary standardization to the employees.
