Saint Columban College, a community of faithful, held hands for a solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided by Rev. Fr. Francisco Pintac at the Sto. Niño Cathedral, 10:30 in the morning of this day for the observance of the Ash Wednesday.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40-day period of penance and reflection in preparation for the resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ. A way to reconnect with Him and an opportunity to strengthen our faith through discipline and abstinence.
