Administrators, department heads, and office heads revisited the SWOT Analysis and reformulated the 5-year Development Plan in a 2-day activity held at Buenavista Campus on June 29-30.
The objective of the activity is to polish the 5-Year SCC Strategic Plan. The said plan is very useful for the institution to be guided in the implentation of their programs and services throughout the year.
As an output, the group came up with unified Institional Strategic Plan.
